Rotary in New Westminster invites you to share the power of pets in your life & help raise funds for PADS (Pacific Assistance Dogs Society)
Pets are known to reduce stress, anxiety & depression, ease loneliness, & even improve your cardiovascular health.
Caring for an animal helps children grow up more secure & active and also provide valuable companionship for older adults.
Perhaps most importantly, a pet can add real joy and unconditional love to all of our lives.
Official Rules:
1.Pictures entered must only feature your own pet.
2.Digital photos to be submitted in JPG format and should be taken by you and not by a professional photographer.
3.All participants must complete a consent form via google docs and agree to have your picture submission posted on Instagram & linked to other social media sites. All participants must include their name, e-mail address, pet’s name & category of photo submission along with their donation
4.Entry fees must be made before photo entries are accepted and posted.
Entry fees - $10 for 1 entry, $12 for 2 entries, $15 for 3 entries
Preferred Payment is to be made via e-transfer to powerofpetshow@gmail.com

5.Organizers will confirm acceptance of each submission prior to posting photos/videos to Instagram using email address, powerofpetshow@gmail.com
6.Entries will be loaded onto the @powerofpetshow Instagram site a minimum of 2X per week
7.The Power of Pets Show contest will run from Dec 14, 2020 through to March 31, 2021.
8. Judging will be done by the Rotary club’s judging panel after the closing date of March 31, 2021. The decision of the judges will be final.
9.All winners will be notified directly via email and their winning pictures / pet names will be published on Instagram, New Westminster Rotary & Rotaract websites & Facebook pages.
10.All prizes will be mailed, delivered to winner with the option to pick-up, depending on location.
11.Net Proceeds from this project will be shared with Rotary in New Westminster programs and Pacific Assistance Dogs Society (PADS).
